Quotes, estimates and bookings

Prices, estimates and availability shown online are indicative until confirmed in writing by our team. Final pricing depends on an assessment of your specific needs. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.

Cancellations

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable cancellation terms will be explained when your booking is confirmed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Lease quotations and sample figures

Every payment, residual percentage, money factor, APR equivalent, fee, cents per mile rate, upfit price, lead time and wear charge published on this website is an illustrative sample for a demonstration site. They are not offers and they do not form part of any agreement.

Offers are samples, subject to credit approval. A binding quotation is issued in writing by a named account manager and states the vehicle, the capitalised cost, the residual percentage, the money factor, the term, the contracted mileage band and the amount due at signing.

• Payments are quoted before Texas motor vehicle rental tax.
• Residual percentages are set by the lessor and reviewed quarterly.
• Excess mileage is charged per vehicle at the class rate stated on the quotation. Under-mileage is not refunded.
• The acquisition fee, documentary and title fee and disposition fee are charged per vehicle.

Turn in condition and wear standards

Vehicles are graded at turn in against the published wear and tear standards. A pre-inspection is offered at no charge approximately 90 days before the end of each term, with a written estimate of any chargeable items. You may repair any item on that estimate yourself, with your own suppliers, before the vehicle is collected.

Charges listed in the standards are sample amounts for this demonstration site. Actual charges are stated on the inspection report.
