Ten items, each with a price, a weight, a lead time and a note about what it means at turn in. Everything is fitted in our bay on the same site as the yard, so no vehicle is transported twice.
Day 0 to day 3
A bare cargo bay to a working one, without a single self-tapping screw.
After, day 3
Before, day 0- Day 0. Unit lands at the yard. Bare floor, bulkhead fitted, nothing drilled.
- Day 1. Bulkhead port, LED lighting and the fused accessory take-off go in.
- Day 2. Shelving bays bolted through with sealing washers, never self-tapped.
- Day 3. Cast vinyl wrap laminated, telematics paired, keys coded, unit released.

Steel shelving, three bay
Three bays down the driver side with adjustable dividers, a parts bin wall and a bolt-through mount with sealing washers so the holes close cleanly at turn in.

Full colour vehicle wrap
Full wrap in cast vinyl with a laminate, designed from your existing brand files. Cast vinyl is the point: calendered film bakes onto Texas paint and costs you the removal charge.

At turn in Removal is included when we fitted it. Adhesive residue from a third party wrap is a chargeable item at $145 a vehicle.
Sample prices and lead times. Weight matters more than most fleets expect: a parts-heavy van with a steel shelving package and a full tool drawer system is carrying 580 lb before a single fitting goes in the back. Composite shelving buys 127 lb of that back.
Three rules our bay will not break

Bolt through, never self-tap
Every penetration gets a sealing washer. It costs a few minutes at fitting and saves $240 a set at turn in, and it lets the shelving transfer into your next van.

Cast vinyl with a laminate, always
Calendered film is cheaper and bonds to Texas paint. We will not fit it, because we are the ones who have to remove it in three years.

Fused take-offs, never a spliced loom
Accessory power comes from the upfitter switch bank or a fused take-off. A spliced factory loom is a $290 charge at turn in and a fault-finding nightmare in year two.
